Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- Orders placed after our daily order cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time:
3:00 PM SAST (South African Standard Time)
Orders placed before 3:00 PM SAST on a business day will begin processing on the same business day where possible. Orders placed after 3:00 PM SAST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After order processing is complete, estimated delivery time is:
Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Estimated total delivery timeframe:
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Additional shipping fees may apply for:

Our courier network may include trusted logistics providers operating throughout South Africa.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier system.
- Customers can use their tracking details to monitor shipment progress.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that:
- Delivery details and contact information are accurate when placing an order.
- Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment where required.
- A valid phone number is provided for courier communication purposes.
Hyper Charge cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Delivery Delays

- Events beyond our reasonable control
Hyper Charge is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
